"This reverse osmosis filter is the main reason I like the AquaTru system. It gives me peace of mind knowing the water is being filtered more deeply than a basic pitcher or fridge filter. The water tastes very clean, with no strange aftertaste. I also like that the filter lasts a good amount of time, so it doesn’t feel like I’m constantly replacing it. Changing it was easy, and everything worked normally right away after replacing it. Overall, this is an important filter and one I’m happy to keep using."
"I have been using the under the counter model for years and am very pleased with it. New research shows micro plastics can only be filtered out @ 2 Mc. (?) This filter can not get down that low, but can be supplemented w/ a pitcher that can."

I reached out to Nadia Mandilawi for a status update after I confirmed my address and model. Never heard anything back. No filters, no follow-up response. I purchased my AquaTru Classic back in 2018 and it’s still making the best water after producing an average of 3 tankfulls a day. As for service, the best! I just discovered I had wound up witha full set of filters for a AquaTru Carafe instead of filters of the Classic and they exchanged the for free. That’s service!"
