"Haven’t used the filters yet so I can’t say. Up until the last service rep call everything went well. The last rep sounded exasperated and a tad snarky regarding the 1 year pack with minerals and my confusion. . Perhaps he didn’t feel well that day. Men can sometimes be too emotional."
"I bought the Aquatru classic machine and I am having problems with it. The first time I used it, it worked ok. However, since then it has not worked. When I pour out the tap water, the blue lights come on for a very short time and then only a small amount of water goes into the filtered water tank. I have done this several times and the red sign says "empty and refill tap tank. . " I have done that 3 times."
