"I love the peace of mind this water purifier offers. When the unit arrived it had a small scratch on the top of the casing but that does not affect the performance. My main complaint is that the reservoir can be finicky when placing it on the unit. Sometimes it doesn’t seem to line up right and I have to remove it and reseat it a couple of times to get it to sit correctly."

"This is a great product. The only thing I don’t like is the app does not provide any TDS & PH numbers. So I bought a TDS & PH meter. My tap water was 328 TDS & 7. 78 PH. The water out of the machine was 141 TDS & 6. 51PH. Perfect, Thanks for the great product!"
"Love the AquaTru carafe. This size is good for being in an apartment and taking up much space. Only thing is sometimes the water tank doesn’t fit the base and the top won’t go all the way down. But you just have to make sure the plugs at the bottom “x” shaped things line up with the “x” parts on the base by twisting it a little and it will fit."
