"Love the AquaTru carafe. This size is good for being in an apartment and taking up much space. Only thing is sometimes the water tank doesn’t fit the base and the top won’t go all the way down. But you just have to make sure the plugs at the bottom “x” shaped things line up with the “x” parts on the base by twisting it a little and it will fit."

"I’ve seen bad reviews about this and wanted to give it a try anyways and I’m very glad i did. The water filter is amazing and it’s the best counter top RO you could ask for. The water quality is amazing and the issue seems to be people just don’t take care of it with cleaning maintenance or put the water tank on properly. The customer service is absolutely wonderful all of them. I’m really appreciative for being able to have saved up to get this it’s worth the purchase if you can’t get an under the counter one and you can order extra glass pitchers so you can store extra water on the fridge / counter"

After tons of research we landed on the Carafe, setup was easy with the most annoying part having to hand wash everything with soap and water before you. . but I get it. So far the filtering works great, we updated to the app so the alerts are helpful, and the water tastes really crisp. Very happy with our purchase! Didn’t give 5 stars due to cost and ongoing maintenance will make this purchase the most expensive in the category."

"Water taste great! Product came was delivered quick. Easy set up instructions. For anyone having problem connecting the machine thru the app, you need to connect to a 2. 4ghz to make it work. Fortunately, my internet device lets me make a guest account, I changed the setting to 2. 4ghz and it worked! This machine is so worth getting! I got the extra carafe so I have 1 that’s on the fridge and 1 that’s on the machine. I highly recommend this product!"
"I am one person, and the carafe AquaTru is so right for me. I had another brand that was replaced once and still didn't work, was arduous labor using dyes and persnickety filters. . . and the 2nd one was returned too. This review is not incentivized (I didn't know it could be?) This little pot (white and lovely) sits by my sink and is in constant use for tea water, ice cubes, drinking water. I don't mind using it up because it SO easy to refill the tap water bin and the carafe fills quickly. It might not serve a large family but for one person (me) it is simply perfect. I've had it about six months and haven't had to think about new filters yet."
