"This company is great. I've had my classic for over 6 years and it works great. I got a bad RO filter. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new filter for free. This is a good company with good products and good customer service."

I reached out to Nadia Mandilawi for a status update after I confirmed my address and model. Never heard anything back. No filters, no follow-up response. "AquaTru Is great company with great service and great equipment along with some of the best water. I purchased my AquaTru Classic back in 2018 and it’s still making the best water after producing an average of 3 tankfulls a day. As for service, the best! I just discovered I had wound up witha full set of filters for a AquaTru Carafe instead of filters of the Classic and they exchanged the for free. That’s service!"
