"I have had The Classic since it was introduced. I finally had to replace it because I wore it out but it is an incredibly effective machine for water purification. It takes all of the foul odors out of the tap water and it is crystal clear when the purification is complete. It is, by far, the best piece of equipment in my kitchen. I use it daily."

"The product was intact but the box had a hole in it. Like it looked like it fell on something and yge object made a hole the size of a fist. But i don’t think that was the fault of the delivery people. Yhe delivery was all good and product works. I’m currently filtering water right now after emptying out the containers the first four times. The product is great, and the water taste legitimately cleaner less irritable to the throat."
