But i don’t think that was the fault of the delivery people. Yhe delivery was all good and product works. "The water taste good, but there are a few things to consider before buying. First, water stays at room temperature so if you like it cool you need to add ice, and your ice likely hasn’t been made with filtered water so really what’s the point? Second, your refillable water bottle does not fit under the spigot so you will need to buy a rolling countertop tray in order to bring the unit to the edge of the countertop so you can fill your bottle. Lastly, you will be refilling the tank constantly. With three people in the house, I refilled the tank four times just yesterday."

We had to flush the tank 12–15 times before it cleared up. The number of flushes will vary depending on your setup, but the foul smell and taste do fade. Don’t rely on the manual - do your own runs until it tastes right. The end result is exactly what we invested in, and it meets our expectations."
