What is AquaTru's Shipping Policy?

AquaTru Shipping Policy
At AquaTru, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This policy outlines our processing times, shipping options, and what to expect if something goes wrong with your delivery.

Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).Peak Periods: During high-demand times (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We currently offer standard shipping and do not offer express.

Shipping Method 
We utilize a few shipping carries, including but not limited to FedEx. Our standard shipping timeframe is 3–7 business days and often ships in less than 2 business days from the time you place your order.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email please contact our support team or log into your account to see your order status.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it please follow these steps:
  1. Check your surroundings – Look around your property and ask neighbors.
  2. Wait 24 hours – Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  3. Contact Us – If the package is still missing after 24 hours, reach out to our Customer Support team at cs@aquatruwater.com or call us at 1-800-220-6570 Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you.
  4. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

Yes, the AquaTru Carafe requires electricity. It operates using a 120-volt AC wall plug. While it's a countertop purifier and doesn't require plumbing, it does need to be plugged in to function.

Does AquaTru Carafe use the same filters as other AquaTru purifiers?

No, the filters used in the AquaTru Carafe are specifically designed for that model and are not interchangeable with those of our other purifiers.
