What is your return policy?


AquaTru offers a comprehensive 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, allowing you to experience the transformative effects of our product in the comfort of your own home. You can try AquaTru for a full 30 days, and during this trial period, if you find that it does not meet your expectations or enhance your quality of life as promised, you have the option to return it. To initiate a refund, simply reach out to us, and we will gladly process your request. Please note that the refund will cover the purchase price, but shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. We provide you with a return label and deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. Please note that we will process your refund when the item is delivered back to our warehouse. However, for some payment methods, you may see a delay in when the refund amount is reflected on your account — sometimes as many as 10 business days.  

Your 30 days starts when the product delivers to your door. We will email you a shipping label, simply send it back int he original packaging, be sure to include all parts, like the power chord,  that came in the original package.

Yes, the AquaTru Carafe requires electricity. It operates using a 120-volt AC wall plug. While it's a countertop purifier and doesn't require plumbing, it does need to be plugged in to function.
Does AquaTru Carafe use the same filters as other AquaTru purifiers?

No, the filters used in the AquaTru Carafe are specifically designed for that model and are not interchangeable with those of our other purifiers.
