Unlike our countertop purifiers, AquaTru Under Sink does require installation. Depending on your skills and experience, we do recommend hiring a professional to install your reverse osmosis system. Installation requires drilling into your pipes under the sink, which is not recommended for individuals unfamiliar with plumbing. Please read through the owner’s manual carefully before attempting to install the system. Our AquaTru Under Sink purifier uses the same filters as our countertop units, and have the following filter lives:
Pre-Filter (yellow): 6 months or 600 gallons, whichever comes first
RO Filter (blue): 2 years or 1200 gallons, whichever comes first
pH + Mineral Boost VOC Alkaline Filter (green): 1 year or 360 gallons, whichever comes first.
