Great product, easy to use, and space saving. It is expensive but I bought the unit when it was being advertised on Dr. Mark Hyman's site and am waiting for another sale to buy another! I can't rate customer service(CS) because I have not had a need to call regarding CS. Overall, I highly recommend the product and hopefully, the price will come down somewhat since when I do recommend this unit, the price becomes an obstacle to those who would buy it if it were cheaper.
