Never got to try

I have now had two machines and BOTH arrived broken with different issues. One has a blown motor- it would power on and light up but remained silent with no water filtration. The second has a bend prong on the front tank so it is very difficult to place on to the base and when plugged in the machine won’t even power on. How do I trust the longevity of a machine if I can’t even get a brand new one in working condition!?
